Returns

Our goal at Cat Queen is that you love your order.

Because our graphic tees are made to order, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@catqueen.store with your order number and photos of the issue.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

Damaged items
Defective items
Misprinted items
Incorrect items received

We do not usually offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Wrong color ordered
Items that have been worn or washed
